Volunteer Commitment

WeGo Community Theatre is a volunteer-driven organization, and every production depends on the support of our families.

For this production, families with participants under 18 are required to select at least two Saturdays when they are available to help with production activities. The Production Team will assign volunteer opportunities based on availability, areas of interest, and the needs of the production.

Families are also welcome to sign up for specific volunteer opportunities using the Volunteer Sign-Up below. These sign-ups are a great way to choose the activities, dates, and times that work best for you.

Volunteer opportunities include Front of House, concessions, set construction, painting, costumes, props, inventory, load-in, strike, and more.

Move Crew & Theater Setup

Load-in, unloading set pieces and props, moving equipment, theatre set-up, lobby set-up, organizing backstage areas, strike, loading out, cleanup

Green Room Assitant

Monitors
