Clare Conger brings more than 20 years of project management, operations, and leadership experience to WeGo Community Theatre. With a professional background in program management and team leadership, she is passionate about creating organized, positive, and successful experiences for performers, volunteers, and audiences alike.

Since joining WeGo Community Theatre in 2018, Clare has supported productions in a variety of behind-the-scenes roles, painting sets, helping coordinate volunteers, front-of-house operations, concessions, patron engagement, production logistics, and even set painting. She enjoys bringing structure and organization to the many moving pieces that help make each production a success.

Outside of the theatre, Clare enjoys traveling, spending time with her husband, Matt, daughter Charlotte two dogs.
